Promoting Teachers’ Professional Development
To develop pupils’ abilities to *“learn to learn”* and to *pursue lifelong learning* is the aim of the education reform in Hong Kong, and it is also the direction in which our teachers are striving.
To enhance the *culture of professional exchange* among teachers, *peer lesson observations* are arranged in both the first and second terms, followed by *post-lesson review and reflection*.
In addition, all teachers are encouraged to attend *seminars, workshops and further studies* in order to uphold the spirit of *lifelong learning*.
